Hand Clasp

This is a very basic suggestibility test that works as an induction and as a way to tell how easily someone will respond to your words.

Like most scripts, it will help to go through Compliance Sets before you begin.

Script

While talking, show or help them what to do, physically.

Clasp your hands together, fingers interlocking together and stretch your arms out in front of you.
Make sure your hands are nice and tight.
Now, really focus on your hands.
Close your eyes and, as you listen to my words, keep seeing your hands clasped together.
Imagine that I slowly pour in some very strong glue between your fingers.
I'm sure you could imagine how it would stick your fingers together, making your hands even more tightly connected.
Now open your eyes and try to pull those hands apart.
How did that feel?

How does it work?

There are a few things at play. Physically if you hold your hands tight for a while, they will be harder to open. And their imagination helps with that.
